At Future Box, we take pride in the quality of every product we ship. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

Returns

Since all our products are wholesale and made to order, we do not accept returns unless the product received is damaged, defective or significantly different from what was confirmed at the time of order.

Replacement

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the issue. We will assess the claim and arrange a replacement for the affected pieces at no additional cost.

Replacements are only provided for pieces that are clearly defective or damaged in transit. General dissatisfaction with color shades or minor natural variations in handcrafted products do not qualify for replacement.

Refunds

Refunds are not offered on confirmed and dispatched orders. In exceptional cases where a replacement cannot be arranged, we may offer a store credit or partial refund at our discretion.

Custom Orders

Customized orders are non-refundable and non-returnable once production has begun, as they are made specifically to your requirements. Please review all customization details carefully before confirming your order.

Advance Payments

Advance payments are non-refundable once the order has entered production. If an order is cancelled before production begins, the advance may be refunded after deducting any processing charges.

How to Raise a Claim
