Domestic Shipping

Future Box ships pan India. All orders are dispatched within 5 to 7 business days for ready stock items after order confirmation and receipt of payment.

Custom Orders

Customized box orders require 3 to 4 weeks for production before dispatch. Exact timelines will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.

Shipping Partners

We work with trusted logistics partners to ensure safe and timely delivery. The shipping partner is assigned based on your delivery location and order size.

Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp. You can use this to track your shipment in real time.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on order weight, size and delivery location. Charges will be shared at the time of order confirmation. Orders above a certain quantity may qualify for free shipping at our discretion.

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives visibly damaged, please take photos immediately and share them with us on WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery. We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
